A Garbage Plate on Steroids
Here’s what you’re up against:
• One Fully Loaded Garbage Plate:
– Five meats
– Five cheeses
– Five veggies
– Hash browns, green peppers, onions mixed in
All piled onto a single plate (and some extra space for good measure).


Challenge Rules:
• One challenger only — no tag-teaming.
• 45 minutes to clean your plate(s) — pancakes, Garbage Plate, toast, everything.
• No bathroom breaks.
• No help from your cheering section.
• No passing out under the table.
Finish it all within the time limit and eternal glory (and mild indigestion) are yours.
