Our menu’s been packing bellies and breaking belts since 1926 — with the same no-nonsense attitude we were founded on. We don’t do tiny plates. We don’t do fancy foam. We do breakfast and lunch the way your grandpa wished he could. Everything here’s made fresh, served fast, and guaranteed to leave you full — and maybe a little bit smug. Order up.

Franks’ Famous Garbage Plate

Still breaking forks and feeding legends since 1926.

Start with 3 eggs (Half Plate) or 5 eggs (Full Plate) mixed into a combination of hash browns, green peppers, and onions.
Add your meat or meats (ham, bacon, sausage, chorizo, Spam) $2.10 per meat, or our scratch-made corned beef hash** for $2.25.
Add your cheese. Your first cheese is included (American, cheddar, Swiss, hot pepper Jack, feta, or mozzarella) $1.35 per cheese.
If you like a little zip, add jalapeño peppers. They’re FREE!
There’s a veggie version too… zucchini, mushrooms, tomato, green pepper, onion, spinach, or jalapeños. Extra veggies 80¢ each. Put it in a wrap? $2.30.
Like in on top? Your egg, that is. Get it skillet style for $1.85.

All served with toast: our famous homemade (which is made with wheat bran, yogurt and honey),
or bread not made here… whole wheat, white, marble rye, or cinnamon swirl.
